It is nice to find unique images in board books and the characters created by Paola Opal have graphic and emblematic quailities that appeal to babies and mommies who have read them. "Saffy" is a cute baby giraffe who is little but tries big tasks, such as rolling a rock to help her solve a problem. When "Saffy Looks for Rain" she might not find it but she makes a new friend Ollie. "Ollie" also has his own board book that shows how he can help his mommy.
